Our Mission
At TOWN, we aim to empower women through social connection and business collaboration. Our mission is to create a supportive community where women can thrive in their personal and professional lives.
Who We Are
Our Story
Nearly two decades ago, a group of co-founders recognized a gap in the traditional business networking space in San Diego. The groups they encountered felt transactional, overpriced, and lacked the genuine connection they were seeking.
They imagined a space where women could connect authentically, build lasting relationships, and grow both socially and professionally, without financial strain. That vision gave rise to T.O.W.N.
Those founding members are still part of the group today and our purpose continues to be a legacy based on cultivating a supportive community rooted in friendship, collaboration, and meaningful connection.
Our Members
Our members include seasoned entrepreneurs, new business owners, career professionals, and women in transition. Whether you’re just starting out or have decades of experience, you’ll find genuine social networking for women, encouragement, and shared wisdom within our community.
How We Gather
We meet in person twice a month to connect, collaborate, and support each other. Meetings are held in Point Loma and include open networking, personal check-ins, business updates, and occasional mixers and group activities.
Who Can Join
TOWN is proud to offer a safe, inclusive space for all women. To foster collaboration over competition, we allow only one member per professional category at a time. We are a meet in-person, business networking group in San Diego, CA. Please include your profession on the contact form.
